Careerpath.com was launched recently by careerbuilder.com and is aimed at workers that are interested in changing careers, or that are not sure what career to get started in.
Careerpath.com features a free assessment test of 36 questions about skills, abilities, personal values, and interests. The results are linked to competencies necessary to particular fields of work. Interestingly, in the surveys done by Careerbuilder, 41% of IT workers would like to change careers (among others).

Careerpath.com’s assessment test is good. I also visited http://www.pmconsultants.co.in for my career counslling and they were good too.
