If you're hoping to get a job interview at Amazon, Facebook, or Google, you should know what you're in for. A recent survey at Glassdoor.com lists these companies as some of the toughest interviewers in the world.

Over 80,000 people ranked their job interview experience on the website, based on a 4-point scale. McKinsey & Company took the top position with a score of 3.9. Amazon, Facebook and Progressive tied with Headstrong and General Mills for the 25th spot and a score of 3.3.

Just because an interview is difficult, however, doesn't mean you should be too nervous about going in. Glassdoor noted that even though most people found the interviews tough, most also ranked the experience as a positive one. It's always good to keep that however tough your interview is, everyone else applying for the job will have to go through the same hoops you did.
