Below are explanations of the attributes listed for each of the job sites in the 100hot Ranking on the next page.

Audience To whom the site is targeted. Examples are students, minorities and all.
Types of Jobs What kind of jobs the site lists. Examples are technical, financial and various.
Contract Jobs Whether or not the job site lists opportunities for independent contractors (consultants, freelances, etc.).
Job Searching What type of job-searching options the site offers. Examples are by job title, keyword and location.
International Jobs Whether or not the site includes jobs in international locations including the USA, or the USA only.
Resume Services The types of options the site offers for you to post and manage your resume. Examples are complete management (editing, deleting, tracking statistics, etc.) and privacy.
Cover Letter Whether or not the site lets you post a cover letter to accompany your resume.
