This is not an exhaustive list of every diversity career event, but rather only those of national interest that show up in a Web search at this writing. Please be sure to also check for diversity career event in your local newspapers, and watch and listen for them on your local radio and TV stations.

You might also check with local churches, schools, colleges and universities, and organizations you've joined. Lastly, try searching the Web for the term diversity career events, through Google, Yahoo, MSN and other popular search engines. Dogpile searches multiple search engines at once.

Black Family Technology Awareness Week - 2/13 to 2/19
A nationwide, U.S. initiative that encourages and helps communities, companies, educational institutions and organizations, to host activities that promote the importance of technology, engineering, science and math to the Black community. This list of events occurring in cities across the USA is hosted by The Black Family Network.

Annual Black Engineer of the Year Awards Conference - 2/17 to 2/19
Typically held in Baltimore, as it is this year. Attracts top professionals and students from every technological field nationwide. It honors Black technology professionals, and presents many learning and networking opportunities for all who attend. Only registered users of BlackEngineerOfTheYear.org may view the schedule and other conference details.

National Engineers Week - 2/20 to 2/26
Encourages companies, government, educational institutions, libraries and other organizations throughout the U.S., to host and participate in activities that increase public awareness and appreciation of technology and engineering. Includes sections with ideas and resources for professionals, teachers, students and others to host or participate in events. Also includes a Local Activities Forum with messages organized by state, for discussing ideas and announcing events, and locating events in your area.

DiversityInc.com
Lists several diversity career-related events in the U.S., during this Black History Month and beyond. Also features a career section, with links to the jobs of hiring employers who encourage diversity. Access to the events calendar (linked above) requires you to register your email address. Access to most other content (except the career section) requires a subscription.
